Speaking And Building #1 2012

Performances:
8-9th of March at Dansens Hus, Oslo

“Language is a staunch fortress in which we can ward off the open. Nonetheless, we occasionally let visitors in. In human relationships, speaking and building usually create sufficient security that you can now and then permit ecstasy.”  Peter Sloterdijk

"Speaking And Building - part1" examines the choreographical movements of materiality and memory. The performance offers various viewing ways and meaning shifts that occur when the choreography is moved from one medium to another and examined and exhibited in terms of space, body, object and sound. Displacements in the conventional performance space - the black box - enables new connections between materials and events, between the inner and outer and space.

“Speaking And Building - part1” undersøker koreografiske forflytninger i materialitet og minne.
